Check SASSA Application ID Online
You can receive your SASSA application ID online, If you have forgotten, just knowing your App ID is essential for tracking the progress of your SASSA payments and your grant identification.
To get your Application ID, simply check the first line of your application submission form and if you don’t have the form, you can retrieve your SASSA Application ID online using our working method.

- Provide your South African ID Card number and old cellphone number registered with your social grant.
- Click the “Submit” button to receive your Application ID (App ID) with your SASSA status.

Now you can use your Application ID to change your contact number by proceeding with the SASSA Change Phone Number guide and remember to write down your SASSA App ID in your notepad to use for future reference.
